I haven't been posting updates of all my transactions like I have before. I got tired of throwing up the same stuff and don't need a facade of success. Business has slowed none the less, which I predicted and anticipated. I informed and continue to inform my clients so they are equipped. Let's dive into several items -
1 - During the boom, I never advocated for gap addendums and/or waiving contingencies. To me, that was against my buyers interests. They all will vouch for that.
2 - Whenever they purchased or sold we went through the pros/cons so they were educated. It is an investment, and needs to be treated as such and not strictly ride the emotional high.
3 - Inflation was hidden, homes were priced high, and rates were low. Depending on what you bought and sold, there should have been a strategy along with it.
Let's get to the good stuff...
4 - A wave of new Realtors came in thinking they can make a quick buck because the market was on fire. I predicted the exodus was inevitable.
5 - Money printer went brrr, prices were sky high, inventory was solid, and everyone could buy. I predicted home value decline was inevitable.
6 - Rates were so low so affordability with high prices werr rationalized. The rate cycle was at its end and history showed it was the case. I predicted the increase, to 8%, was inevitable.
I predicter this is just the start.

I admit, I bought into the H&B deadline with my listing. The more I did them, the more I grew to dislike it. I said a while ago I wasn't going to do them anymore. Just because things are "trendy and/or the norm" don't feel compelled to follow suit. My worth to my clients is greater than a process which allows plenty of room for error.

The first pic πππ€©ππ₯³. I received this package from clients! My heart melted and was filled with joy. Clients have given me gifts prior, and this one hit differently. I continue to pursue knowledge to master my craft, and my main focus will always be People Over Profit.
The past 2 years in real estate have been, something, to say the least. In the height of the madness I was extremely transparent in how/why I operate the way I do. Getting caught up in the moment was quite easy, so the margin of error could have escalated in volatility in one was lazy.
Next 2 pics are headlines of current market conditions. Ask my clients that closed and they will tell you I expressed my views and concerns of what that market was. I did my best to inform and equip them so that their margin of error was extremely minimal.
Social media is not pleasurable to me. Marketing, to me, is a sales pitch catered for individuals to hit an emotional aspect that resignates so there is an artificial trust. I post because I felt I had to for my profession. I truly love taking a pic of sellers and buyers as the process and relationship built is remarkable. I always felt a bit off posting it.
To summarize, I have always sought growth and opportunity through assessing the core then making the changes to enhance processes. Investing in oneself so that we the people can invest in each other to grow stronger. Moving forward, I will do just that for my social media. The content I take in will be shared so you get context and can draw your own conclusions.
Lastly, I have always had the heart and desire of an entrepreneur. Opportunities are endless so long as one pursues and engages each opportunity to their maximum potential while not cutting corners. I do not seek to be the biggest and best realtor. I don't need my name on lights and headlines. I cherish my clients goals being executed effective and efficiently. All the future business endeavors will always be People Over Profit as well.
