We will be sharing drinks and snacks. Feel free to bring anything you like including blankets or chairs but not necessary! Also no worries if you haven’t gotten far in the book. Hello Everyone! During our last meeting discussing Octavia E. Butler’s Parable of the Sower we decided to move our meetings to once per book given how busy everyone is starting to get. Please provide your suggestions for our next book and I will create our next poll. Once we have our next book we can set a date closer to the end of June to meet! Hi! This is the next book we are reading for Libros Y Amigos book club: On Earth We Are Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong. We should be done with the first section (around page 70) by December 12 when we meet at 11am via Zoom. No worries if you haven’t made it that far when we meet. Making this book club a low pressure but hopefully enriching experience.
