This class is guided through various movement methods and abstract philosophy. The instructor applies all terminology to the direction and creation of choreography.

This fusion flow allows the artist to connect the emotional intentions to the physical expression of movement.

Throwback Dance Fitness is a nonstop, follow-along dance cardio class created for the dancer at heart.

All levels are welcome to get their dance fix to a 90s/2000s nostalgia-inspired playlist, along with some of today’s latest hits too!

You’ll pivot, squat, twerk, and sweat in an encouraging “no wrong moves” environment, designed to be the bright spot in your week. From Rihanna and Beyoncé to Dua Lipa and Jack Harlow, this isn’t a dance cardio class you’ve taken before.

Created by , the class is designed not only for you to burn calories but to have a place to play, feel sexy, and reconnect to the joy of dance.

Announcing Visceral Dance Encore!

Visceral Dance Encore is a performance opportunity for dancers 35+, directed by Braeden Barnes and Michelle Meltzer.

If you’re human, you’re a dancer. Somewhere along the way in our culture, very specific and inflexible qualifications were imposed on this basic truth.

The great role that art can play is showing us what it means to be human in ALL our forms. We, at Visceral, believe it’s time to let these bodies speak through movement created especially for them.
