Join us tomorrow night at the West Town Bikes Happy Hour and Open House. There'll be live music from Lyn Rye, Guilt Drip and a special guest TBA. Anthony Cruz will be DJing house music along with others. There be food and beverages from Revolution Brewing. Ciclo will be offering sales with 15% off in house purchases. This is a fundraiser and donations will benefit the ongoing work of West Town Bikes. Come join us for the fun 7-10pm!

Ciclo Urbano is open! Bike shops have been identified as an essential service for transportation during this time of shelter in place. Bikes are a great way to get around and still keep social distance, not to mention exercise and a way to beat the blues. Monday night Build-A-Bike class starting April 1st, NO JOKE! there's still time for you to get in on the upcoming BAB class at WTB.
Gain a comprehensive overview of bicycle mechanics in this 8 week Build-A-Bike course. We cover overhauling and adjusting bottom brackets, headsets and hubs, wheel truing, brake, shifter and derailleur adjustment and any other finishing work, detail and trouble shooting.
This class will be taught by WTB Instructor Aaron Smith. It will meet weekly from 7-10pm at West Town Bikes workshop. Suggested donation for participation is $200 for the 8 week course. For more info visit http://westtownbikes.org/node/228

Ciclo Urbano will be closed on Wednesday 1/30 due to extreme cold weather. West Town Bikes evening workshops on Tues 1/29 and Weds 1/30 are also canceled. Hours and schedule will return to normal Thursday 1/31. Stay warm and safe!

We are very excited that the New Belgium Brewing Tour de Fat is returning to the neighborhood. This year it is in Humboldt Park from 12-5 on June 30th. Bike Parade launches at 11am, lead by our founder Alex Wilson. Come out for music Headliner Best Coast and a lot of other performances, games, comedy and celebration.
