Cá Chiên- fried whole fluke with lettuce, Vietnamese herbs and garlic nước chấm
“Fish fry of the gods.” -
It’s so simple, yet it has so much thought put into it. First, we source the best Vietnamese herbs available, a quintessential element in Vietnamese cuisine. Second, the way the fish is prepared ensures that it’s easy for you to pick up the perfectly fried piece of fish. The top side is thicker, and by scoring it like this, you get crispy edges on all exposed sides. The bottom of the fish is thinner, providing a different texture when you’re ready to enjoy it. Lastly, our dipping sauce is packed with flavor, ready for you to enjoy the ultimate fried fish lettuce wrap.

One of the classes is held in Pilsen, and we have proudly supported this 501(c)(3) non-profit organization since day one.

Members of the royal family and high-ranking officials often adopted or were assigned the Nguyễn surname. Over time, many people in the general population also adopted the name to align themselves with the dynasty’s prestige or to gain favor.

“Thai Dang (pictured below, far right) is a brilliant culinary translator, a Rosetta Stone of a chef. His Vietnamese cooking manages to be at once absolutely true to its origins and wholly at home in an American bistro setting.
With just a few tweaks to presentation, menu description, and ingredients, he finds the universal in each dish he makes...”
