Hard lessons everyone should learn in their life

1. You will be replaced no matter who you are.

2. No matter how well you show it, the people around you will believe whatever they want.

3. You may not be your best friend's best friend.

4. Every human being will give more importance to the person they loves than the person who loves them..

5. There is no eternal happiness. Throughout your life, you will continue to strive for one happiness after another. In other words, there will never be complete satisfaction.

6. The smarter you are, the more people will avoid you.

7. Simplicity exists in rich people as well as poor people and you don't have to have that much money to realize that money isn't everything in life.

8. There is always something you can do with what you have, but your huge ego doesn't allow you to start from scratch. We are more capable than we think.

My body is for my children.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣My arms are 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘴 to wrap around themselves into a hug,⁣⁣
to cradle my newborn and rock her to sleep,⁣⁣
and to carry my toddler and push my older kids on the swing.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
My legs are 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘴 to climb with and chase through the park,⁣⁣
and they hold me upright all day long and keep me going, no matter what.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
My wrinkles are 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘴 from nights spent awake moving little feet out of my back,⁣⁣
and early mornings playing with Dinosaurs when all I want to do is sleep.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
My ears are 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘴 to listen to through coos to first words and never-ending stories.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣My lips are 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘴 to kiss boo-boos,⁣⁣
and holds a voice that advocates for them and reminds them how loved they are.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣So, mom bodies have cellulite, stretch marks, and saggy bellies, BUT they do so much. And the last thing any mother should be made to feel after birthing a child is hate for the body that helped her do it.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣But this is normal for a culture that expects perfect bodies from women no matter what they have going on in their lives.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
So this is your reminder that this body is for our children.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣And look at all it has done for them.⁣⁣
It brought them into this world,⁣⁣
made magic happen,⁣⁣
and has become 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 home.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
So, it’s time we learn to love our bodies back. ⁣

No one should die of cancer, says Dr. Gupta.
(1) The first step is to stop eating sugar, when there is no sugar in the body, cancer cells die naturally.
(2) The second step is a glass of lemon juice mixed with a glass of hot water and after about 1 month the cancer cells shrink, drinking hot lemon juice can prevent cancer. Just don't put any sugar in it. Hot lemonade is more beneficial than cold lemonade. A study from the University of Maryland found that natural medicines are 1,000 times better than chemicals.
(3) The third step to reducing the risk of cancer is by consuming 3 tablespoons of organic coconut oil in the morning and night.

You can use both treatments to prevent diabetes. Ignorance is not an excuse; I've been sharing this info for over 5 years. Tell those around you
Yellow and purple potatoes prevent cancer.

01. Eating and drinking can often increase the risk of stomach cancer.

02. Never eat more than 4 eggs a week.

03. Eating chicken's back (thighs etc.) may cause stomach cancer.

04. Never eat fruit after a meal. We must eat the fruit before we eat.

05. Do not drink tea during menstruation.

06 We should consume less soya milk.

07. On an empty stomach (hungry stomach) to eat tomato

08. To have a glass of water every morning before meals to prevent fatigue.

09. Never eat 3 hours before bedtime.

10 of them. Avoiding water can lead to diabetes and high blood pressure. The main basis of nutrition should be high consumption of water.

11. Eat toast or oven baked toast.

12. Put the phone away at bedtime.

13. Drink 10 glasses of water a day to prevent bladder cancer.

14. Drink more water during the day except at night

15 of them. Drinking more than 2 cups of coffee a day can cause insomnia and stomach problems.

16. Need to burn less fat. Digestion lasts between 5-7 hours, which makes you feel more tired.

17. Eat less after 5:00 pm

18. Bananas, grapes, spinach, squash, peaches make you feel happier.

19. Sleeping less than 8 hours a day affects brain function. Half an hour afternoon break makes you look younger.

20 of them. Boiled tomatoes have better healing properties than raw tomatoes.

21. Hot lemon juice destroys cancer cells. Warm lemon juice improves our quality of life and allows us to live longer.

Add 2-3 lemon slices to warm water to get our daily drink.

Lemon leaves a bitter smell in warm water, which is the best ingredient to kill cancer cells.

Cold lemon juice only has vitamin C, it prevents hypertension.

Hot lemon juice prevents the development of cancerous tumors.

Clinical tests have shown that hot lemon juice works.
Treatment with this type of lemon not only eliminates evil cells, but does not affect healthy cells.
To be continued .... Citric acid and lemon, lemon juice, lower blood pressure and prevent deep vein thrombosis. Reduces blood clots by regulating circulation - don't forget to share it with others after reading this article!

"The Whispering Wind"

Once upon a time, in a little village nestled between rolling hills, there lived a young girl named Lily. Lily loved the outdoors, especially the fields and the tall, swaying grass. But what fascinated her most was the wind. She believed it whispered secrets to those who listened carefully.

Every evening, as the sun set, Lily would climb to the top of the highest hill near her home. There, the wind was strong, and it made the tall grass dance. She sat down, closed her eyes, and listened.

One evening, as the wind rustled the grass, Lily heard something unusual. It was like a soft voice, a gentle whisper. She leaned closer, her ears straining to catch the words.

"Follow the path beyond the river," the wind seemed to say. "There, you will find a hidden treasure."

Lily's heart skipped a beat. A hidden treasure? Could it be real, or was it just the wind playing tricks? She decided to find out. The next morning, she packed a small bag with some food and water, and off she went, following the path beyond the river.

The journey was long, and the path was winding. She passed through thick forests and crossed bubbling brooks. But she kept going, remembering the wind's whisper. She felt like an adventurer in one of her storybooks.

Finally, as the sun began to set, she arrived at a clearing in the forest. There, under a giant oak tree, she saw a glimmering object buried in the earth. Lily's heart raced as she dug it out. It was a beautiful, ancient book.

As she opened the book, a note fell out. It read, "This book holds the stories of our village. Read it, share it, and keep our history alive."

Lily realized that the wind had guided her to this precious book, filled with the stories and memories of her village. She hugged it close, knowing that she had indeed found a treasure.

With the book safely in her bag, Lily made her way back home, following the winding path and crossing the bubbling brooks once more. She couldn't wait to share the stories with her family and friends, keeping the history of their village alive for generations to come.

From that day forward, Lily continued to visit the hill, listening to the whispering wind. She knew it carried not just secrets but also the wisdom of the past, guiding her on new adventures and discoveries.

And so, in her little village nestled between rolling hills, Lily learned that sometimes, the most valuable treasures were not gold or jewels, but the stories that connected them to their past. The wind had shared its secrets, and Lily had listened well, becoming the keeper of her village's history and the adventurer of her own tales.
