A Tower Technician I, II, or III to join our growing team in the Chicago Regional areas. Position Summary:
The Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower er****on, coaxial cable, and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing, and troubleshooting. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in cellular construction. Foreman will be required to closely supervise and assist with the construction and testing of cell sites. The Small Cell Wireless Technician will work with the Construction Manager at Key Tower. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting and testing small cell sites. The Small Cell Technician performs preventative maintenance inspections to remote DAS equipment and host-related equipment as well as the application of safe work practices to all work-related tasks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation of small cell hardware and equipment for both aerial and underground locations.
Installation and termination of ½” coaxial cables.
Installation of required power and grounding.
Read and interpret blueprints and other project documents. These will include, but not limited to, specifications, reporting, and design requirements.
Operation and understanding of RF test equipment such as PIM unit, Sweep meter, and Light meter.
Accurately complete project documents as required then collect and submit to Key Tower's support team. Documents must be submitted on time with required tools.
