PlayThinks is hiring for the full-time office assistant position with experience in office administration and marketing to handle general administrative support, customer support and social media administration for clients and staff. This detail-oriented individual will be a fast learner, self-starter and possess Microsoft Office suite knowledge. They will have experience with online collaboration tools such as GSuite, Asana, and Slack as well as Wix and Canva. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient and self-guided.

Tasks will include:
• Clerical and administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, answering phones and assisting in managing daily cash flow
• Assist in implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Create, post, and monitor the content on our Social Media channels (FB, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube).

Qualification and Skills Requirement:
• Must be within 30 minutes from the center
• Strong administration and customer support background, social media and has experience in both online office administration and online marketing support.
• Self-organizing, efficient, and able to work in a self-guided manner to produce reportable and repeatable results.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with Experience with online collaboration tools such as GSuite, MS Office, Constant Contact, Wix Web Builder, etc.
