Hi Everyone, I hope everyone is doing well on this Monday Morning!
Due to weather changes we can not do full roof replacements anymore for the remainder of the cold season. This means tear off or reroofs. Also, anything that has to do with porches, decks, full gutter replacements, masonry jobs and tuckpointing.
We are limited on what we can do for our clients. Due to the cold weather. When it becomes too cold the installation can not be guaranteed and may not adhere correctly, bond together, fuse together. Many roofing materials have adhesive properties that require the sun's heat to activate. This also includes masonry. It will not set properly.
We here at Roofing By Hernandez Inc. want to give our customers the best quality.
I know this is saddening for some customers. We are open fully during the warmer seasons to handle your outside home needs.

This is a temporary part-time position with the possibility to turn into permanent full time . Hours are 10-2 M-F In order to be considered for this position, we require a full, current resume to be uploaded . Salary based on experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Answer and screen all incoming calls
-Enter required customer information into CRM
-Return any missed calls and check main office voicemail
-Confirm daily appointments, notify customers of any changes if needed
-Ensure reception and office area is clean and presentable
-Provide support to office staff and Office Manager as needed. Examples include filling in ledgers for the Billing Department, organizing receipts, creating routes for estimator and roofers,etc
Required Qualifications/Skills:
-Proven solid work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
-Customer service focused
-Prior experience with a CRM (preferred but not required)
-Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
-Professional attitude and appearance

The insurance claim process can feel very intimidating for homeowners. It can be time-consuming and frustrating if you don’t have much knowledge of what to expect. Once an occurrence happens maybe you see roof damage after a storm and you need to file a claim, do you know where to start? As a homeowner, hopefully, you will go your entire life without making an insurance claim, but as they say hope for the best and be prepared in case something does happen. A roof on a home is just as crucial as the foundation, if damage occurs and is not fixed immediately the next storm could bring the house down, so to speak, and if an owner is not prepared they could lose the contents of their home as well. Step 2: Gain Knowledge on Your Insurances- It’s very important to have an idea of what your homeowner’s insurance entails and understand the terms. You may not have read through your insurance paperwork when you signed and perhaps won’t feel the need to look over it until something disastrous happens. Perhaps the most affordable option was chosen at the time so you could keep your mortgage/escrow payments as low as possible. Did you choose a high deductible so that your monthly or annual payment would be lower? Understanding what type of policy you bought is something in which attention needs to be focused on. -Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
