We attended a very interesting and informative lecture given by Dr. Ngozi Ezike, former Illinois Public Health Director at Northeastern Illinois University auditorium.

Dr. Ezike presented key lessons and insights regarding her experience managing the Covid 19 pandemic.

One of the most relevant points from the marketing perspective was her recommendation to “establish effective communication as primary tool”, as well as the important of “Collaboration and Partnerships require for Complex Problems”.

We want to thank North Eastern Illinois University, and its President Dr. Gloria Gibson for creating spaces for the community to come together.

The President of Landmark Development was the keynote speaker and he addressed the monumental project that is coming to Chicago “One Central”. Focus groups are a good marketing tool that allows us to gain insights on how the target customer will react to, interact with, and use an specific product or service. It helps us Marketers to communicate and engage the target in a more successful way.

We met at Pinipico Brazilian Cafe and conducted a focus group to learn how “Gen Z” perceive the brand and what suggestions or ideas they had if we want to appeal more to them. We had two hours of great interaction and insights from this group that live and grew up in the area.

We recommend to always be proactive when either building a brand or being sustainable and continue growing in any business. Target is changing constantly, and it is always good to be ahead in any marketing strategy.

With the pandemic coming to an end, more events are happening around us! Events like sports games, conferences, conventions, trade shows, concerts, music festivals, fairs, cultural events, parades, and more are perfect opportunities to capture a relevant audience interested in your product or service.
