Stay the course, even when things become difficult sometimes.
Thought for the day:
"Be one of you instead of one of them!"
"Believe to to see it!"...or.. "I'll believe it WHEN I see it."
Which statement aligns with you more?
Webster's Dictionary defines belief as:
"A state or habit of mind in which trust or confidence is placed in some person or thing.
What if the person you need to trust and the mindset you need to have is found within YOU?
To live the life you desire to have and achieve the goals you set for yourself you must:
○ Visualize where you want to go
○ Contemplate the motivation behind why this goal is important to you. (to impress others, help someone else, fulfill a life-long dream, etc...)
○ Determine when you want to achieve this goal
○ Make sure it aligns with your core values AND you stay true to those values while on the journey towards achieving the goal.
These are all more important and need to be through through BEFORE you determine "How" you will do it.
If you don't (and I am speaking from personal experience) you can become susceptible to veering off track and chasing some other " frontage road opportunity" that has taken you off your Dream Superhighway. You know those "shiny object" opportunities that look easier, faster, and don't seem to be a distraction because you are still cruising along, right next to the highway, yet you forget, every offramp eventuslly veers away from the highway and we can quickly get lost.
If this resonates, you might want to invest some time thinking through the items above and checking them against your business and/or life plans.
You may find that you have lost sight of the highway, need to alter your course, might need some help and directions to find your way back, or maybe find an offramp, go to a rest stop, rest & recharge, before heading back down the road. If you aren't sure what to do next and feel you need help from a navigator that can help you find a New Path to follow, let us know.
Pain is temporary and often is an learning opportunity. Suffering however, is usually a choice.

How good are you at anticipating vs. reacting to unexpected events that occur in your business?
Your ability to anticipate is proportionate to your ability to manage your emotions, especially when things "don't go as expected."
Your emotional health is tied to the quality of your emotions.
If you focus on improving the quality of your emotions in these three areas:
1. Relationships
2. Beliefs
3. Thinking (the questions that run through your head every day)
The greater the quality of your outcomes and life will become.

I want to wish everyone a safe, fun, reflective, optimistic, and hope-filled New Years Celebration today.
2024 is a new start for you to focus on how to live a life even more aligned around your values, filled with more joy, greater purpose and intentionality, and with a renewed commitment to being the best leader, friend, sibling, partner, spouse, son/daughter you can be.
Be a light on a hill shining a new path in the darkness.
If you make this commitment, it will not eliminate challenges you will have to face; however, it will reduce the impact they will have on you personally, professionally, and relationally. Challenging times can be something of your best opportunities for growth as long as you allow your outlook looks towards a better outcome in the end.
Remember, a new year is like an exit door that opens an entrance to a new room full of options.
If you had a tougher year than you planned on this time last year, then Zoom Out, and try and expand, extend, and elevate your perspective on what you learned during this season.
Then take those lessons and deploy a renewed, refreshed and reformed views towards a greater outcome in 2024.
I believe in you, and if I or anyone on my team can help make 2024 your best year yet, don't hesitate to contact us.
May your year in 2024 be your G.O.A.T.!! (Michael Jordan statue)

G.O.A.T. - Greatest Of All Time
On the journey from getting started, then getting good, and eventually becoming great at what you do, you encounter people who, through their hard work, dedication, ability to overcome obstacles, focus, attitude, and other attributes of success, have shown us a path to greatness.
Who has been a GOAT in your life?
Remember to take care of yourself first because you can't pour from an empty cup. Embrace self-love, self-care, and self-prioritization. You deserve it!
Creating a work-life balance that allows you to give your best at work while also nurturing your personal life and relationships is essential. Remember, it's not just about achieving success; it's about finding fulfillment in everything you do. Take a moment to reflect on how you can bring more joy and contribution into your work and personal life today.
You have the power to make a difference in the world! Embrace your imagination and stay committed to your goals. Let your impact be so significant that it inspires others to believe in their potential.
Ready to make your dreams a reality? Start by setting clear and achievable goals. Remember, what you believe and work towards, you can achieve!
Planning for success is essential; however, so is preparing for the future. Always have an exit strategy in mind. Knowing when to bow out and let others lead gracefully shows true vision and business savvy.
Achieving balance isn't just about time management; it's about setting healthy boundaries. Prioritize what's important, say no when necessary, and create space for what truly matters.
Working late only sometimes means you're a hard worker. It may indicate a struggle with time management. Take control of your productivity and use your time wisely!
While you understand the importance of your business and the goals you're striving for, it's equally crucial to find balance and prioritize your well-being. Remember, there's a fine line between dedication and sacrificing your happiness. Your business is essential, but it should never come at the cost of your quality of life. So, take a deep breath, relax, and don't let the stress overwhelm you. Take breaks when necessary, spend time with loved ones, and engage in activities that rejuvenate your soul. When you prioritize self-care and maintain a healthy work-life balance, you'll not only excel in your business but also find true fulfillment in all aspects of your life. Remember, you deserve to live a life filled with joy, love, and laughter! So, take things lightly, enjoy every moment, and embrace the incredible journey that life has to offer.
Work shouldn't be separate from your life - it should be a source of joy and fulfillment. Why not find that passion and make it an integral part of your existence? Embrace the journey and enjoy the rewards along the way.
Just like a well, you can only give water if you’re filled first. Take a moment to prioritize self-care before taking care of others and chasing success. Remember, self-care is not selfish, it's necessary for your overall well-being. So go ahead, recharge, rest, and rejuvenate. Take a break, enjoy the things that bring you happiness, and nurture your mind, body, and soul. When you prioritize self-care, you'll find yourself better equipped to support and achieve your goals. Remember, you deserve to be taken care of, too. Your success starts with self-love and self-care.
It's important to have a clear vision of where you want to go and to build your path accordingly. Each step you take, each challenge you overcome, and each lesson you learn along the way contributes to your ultimate success. Remember, even if you plan to stay for the long haul, having an exit strategy ensures that you're always prepared for whatever lies ahead. Life is full of surprises and having a backup plan can provide you with the peace of mind you need. So, dream big, work hard, and embrace the adventure of your journey. Success is not just a destination, it's a continuous process of growth and self-discovery. Keep going, and never stop believing in yourself!
Find balance by taking care of yourself. Prioritize self-care and set boundaries to nurture your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Success is personal. Define your own version and create a life aligned with your values and aspirations. Make a positive impact and find fulfillment. Redefine success beyond money. Strive for a balanced life that fuels your soul and creates a positive impact.
Had a fabulous weekend with my parents who came to visit this weekend. We showed them around our amazing town, had great meals, checked out a local art festival, had long-time friends of the family over for a meal, and got inspired by a powerful message at church on building relationships in an increasingly divided world and acknowledging and embracing the different seasons of our lives: Soaring, Sprinting, or Strolling.
May this week bring you new opportunities and the patience and wisdom to learn the lessons God is trying to teach you.
