Hip Extension:
1. Band Assisted Hip Extension Psoas Tri-Planar Stretch
-As you perform this exercise place a strong resistance band just below the gluteal fold. Allow the tension of the band to pull the hip forward and lean into the stretch.
-Perform
*8-12x reps of reaching tall with a slight lean back
*8-12x reps of rotation towards front leg
*8-12x reps of lean back with rotation towards front leg

It provides the stimulus necessary to reduce muscular atrophy in a patient recovering from injury and is being used by athletes to enhance muscular strength and hypertrophy during training. This allows the athlete to train the muscles at a much lower intensity while still providing the stimulus necessary to achieve these results. Here I am doing a set of 15 Split Squats to assist in the recovery of chronic knee issues. Thanks @chicagospineandsports

BFR and bent over rows
We rehab just like you can! When your shoulder is injured you can use light weights (20-30%) with #bloodflowrestriction training to stimulate similar training effects as lifting heavy weights (90%).

Supine internal rotation of the hip with opposite leg assist - wow that's a mouthful! You can use your opposite leg to drive limited internal rotation. Try to keep your back flat on the ground. Try 30 to 50 reps per leg, #everyday #reenforcement #hiprangeofmotion
