In our 2024 Benchmarks Report, we are reporting on this time spent–which we call system time per piece–and found that our customers spend an average of 4 hours per approved promotional piece in our system. System time per piece doesn't account for time spent outside the system on content creation and revisions. This metric not only captures the direct time spent completing each job but also the additional activities within the system by initiators, reviewers, and administrators.
