A fresh take on early morning pastries, stunning lunch bites, and delicious La Colombe coffee ☕️

We’ll be opening earlier on weekdays to offer the incredible flavors and service you’ve grown to love at Saba, with new dishes that will have you coming back for more 🥰

Meet Phillip, our new General Manager! 😍

Phillip moved to Chicago in 2016 from Ripon Wisconsin to tutor math at the Harlan Community Academy. The thing that excites him most about his new role at Saba is the opportunity to build a stellar wine and cocktail program. After just a few short months of working here, Phillip has really bonded with the incredible staff and his favorite dish is the short ribs.

As crazy as it sounds, Phillip and his wife went on their very first date back in 2018 at Saba! 🤯

Outside of work, Philip loves to play music and once toured under the stage name “Philly D Slim” (you can find his music on Spotify!)

•Veal Marsala:
veal and mushrooms smothered in a rich marsala sauce served on a bed of tagliatelle.
