Join us for a morning of learning and doing in this 2 hour event on June 15th from 11:30- 1:30! During this event we will discuss, and learn more in depth strategies about both somatic and central nervous system practices. After the presentation, Carrie from will show us how to release trapped feelings in our bodies and apply some of techniques discussed! Our goal is to help you walk away with a more regulated body and the tools to feel confident, connected and resilient.

Jessi is a recent addition to the Head/Heart team and we are so excited to have her! Jessi has current openings. Reach out to [email protected] to schedule a consultation.
A bit more about Jessi:
Jessi has experience working in community mental health as a therapist, crisis intervention for runaway/lockout youth, providing trauma-informed services in a domestic violence shelter, and crisis intervention in emergency rooms for survivors of sexual assault. Jessi focuses her work on adolescents, teens, and young adults. She is trained in both domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy.

Here are some ways we can help to prevent su***de -

💙 Accepting mental illnesses as real illnesses rather than dismissing them as just sadness.
💜 Educate yourself about mental illness
Be kinder to others online and in real life.
💙 Stop making jokes about su***de.
💜 Be present physically. You don’t have to fix someone, but letting them know you care is important.
💙 Check in in loved ones instead of expecting them to reach out.
