Este año celebraremos en familia, una noche navideña aquí en esta tu casa BodyLIFE, por que para nosotros es un GUSTO poder compartir contigo no solo momentos intensos de ejercicio, pero también es un gusto poder compartir momentos agradables platicando y riéndonos con un ponchecito en la mano. Tendremos comida, traguitos, música, SORPRESAS y lo mejor de todo - una muy agradable compañía, compartiendo todos juntos, al módico costo de $20/persona. La cita es el Jueves, 22 de Diciembre de 2022, de 5pm en adelante. No habrá clases esa tarde ya que será una noche de diversión y familia, traete a tu mami, papi, abuelito, hermanos, a quien gustes. Y si no te hemos visto en buen tiempo, que bonito regalo de Navidad será poder verte y compartir un ratito contigo. This year we will celebrate as a family, creating a wonderful Christmas memory here at BodyLIFE, because for us it is a PLEASURE to not only work you out, but it's also our pleasure to spend time with you chatting and laughing while drinking some eggnog by the xmas tree. There'll be food, drinks, music, SURPRISES and best of all, great company. $20 a person, THURSDAY, December 22, 2022 from 5pm on. There will be no afternoon classes on this day, since it will be a night of fun and family; bring your mom, dad, grandpa, sisters, whoever you'd like. And if you've been MIA for a while, no better gift than to see you here, back home, and be able to spend some nice quality time with you. Let us know you're coming so we can add you to our NICE list of the night.

La misión de La Casa Norte es servir a los jóvenes y las familias que enfrentan falta o inestabilidad de vivienda. Proporcionamos acceso a una vivienda estable y ofrecemos servicios integrales que actúan como un catalizador para transformar vidas y comunidades.

Estas fechas de tanto amor y generosidad, unámonos a hacer una obra de caridad para familias no tan afortunadas. Cada juguete donado es un niño/a mas feliz 😊

This year we are collecting for LA CASA NORTE in Back of the Yards: La Casa Norte's mission is to serve youth and families confronting homelessness. They provide access to stable housing and deliver comprehensive services that act as a catalyst to transform lives and communities.

This holiday season, let’s all come together and do an act of kindness; for every toy donated = a happy child.❤️
