Adams Cider Works

Adams Cider is a small craft hard cidermaker in the heart of Chicago since 2012. We thought this was pretty cool and decided to try it out ourselves.

We became interested in Hard Cider when we decided to look into the genealogy of our family. Related to the Presidents John Adams, John Quincy Adams as well as their Patriot Cousin Sam Adams, we found out that John made hard cider on his farm, and was rumored to have drank a mug of hard cider with his breakfast every morning while in the White House.
