My Jiu Jitsu family, It’s shaping up to be a big weekend for us all. I showed up for the last ADCC with 5 t-shirts, no table, no place to stay and no idea how I was gonna pay the mortgage. This time, I drove so I could have my table and my sweet service dog Frances with me. As much as I love to compete, I’m better at body work. Urca Stretch will be my contribution to our Jiu Jitsu community.
