Hello Everyone!

In these uncertain times, I wanted to reach out to our Loyal clients about what we are doing here at QT Pies Creations to support you and your upcoming event.

As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to provide maximum flexibility and help you move forward with a course of action.

We understand that you may feel more comfortable canceling or rescheduling your event and I assure you we are here to help you make those adjustments as stress-free as possible.

Postpone - If you are not sure of when you would like to re-schedule, do not worry. We will hold onto your retainer and will work with you to make new dates work to the best of our abilities.

Cancellations & Refunds - If you would like to cancel and get a full refund, please contact us as soon as possible. We are continuing to offer full refunds for any scheduled dates from March 14, 2020 through April 14, 2020.

Please keep in mind that the sooner you can set a date for re-schedule, the better. Even if it’s months from now.

We continue to follow the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the best course of action for the safety and well-being.

QT Pies Creations takes great pride in the role we play in the lives of our clients and their special events.
