We have a dilemma. We are getting ready to start our business up small, as a mobile pop up. The only shared kitchen space that had a smoker in Chicago changed ownership and took it out. As far as we know no other shared kitchen space has one in this city. Even though our ribs are bomb oven roasted I never want to sell them that way. Should I sacrifice that to promote our business and make money if we cannot smoke our ribs on site. Also there might be incredible winter opportunities were we wouldn't be able to do that outdoors and this will also serve as advertising as for our BBQ sauce. And if anyone knows if there are places in Chicago that have smoker capabilities in that space please let us know

Hot damn!!!! I wish the pictures were as good as the sandwich!!! Our new BBQ pork steak sandwich, Wilson style, is the bomb diggity!!!!

I just want to thank everyone for your support this month for Comfort Food For Your Soul. Another success in the books. Check us out again in January.

This is the second time making beef kofka. Came out fantastic!

I made a sirloin roast and decided to cut up and make a mini cheesesteak. Came out delicious, so I'm sharing

We have some bad news but it's only to make us better. We will not be selling plates this Sunday and will not for at least 2 weeks. We were very unhappy about wait times on our food. It was the first time in a long time but we are taking this time to address what happened but we already know the solution. We need time to purchase more equipment to get those wait times to a maximum of 15 minutes. Thank you for all who came out to support us and more importantly those that waited patiently. We will get it right. Also be on the lookout for our new company name and logo. We will also launch a new website that you can sign up at, to know our locations, times and menus. We will be launching new social media handles as well.
