This is the Heart of Hope and much much more... I fashioned this during last holiday season. It stayed up well into April of this year.

It turned from an ornamental honoring of the holidays into a Memorial and remembrance for those who are living, for those who are not living at this time, as a result of this grave Pandemic that we are hopefully slowly pulling ourselves out of.

It is a Heart of Hope. It is a Heart of Strength. It is a Heart of Resolve. It is a heart of Commemoration for those who sacrificed in any way they did.

Some chose to protect their family by taking a Covid 19 shot. Some chose to protect themselves and their family by stepping out of society and protecting themselves with other immunological forms of support.

Some chose to follow their doctors carefully. Some chose to follow public policy because they thought that that was the best way to protect all of us in society.

It is a heart of connectivity that we are all together no matter where we come from, what our political parties are, and what our individual decisions become, and that we all are ONE with our Hearts. We all must respect each other's decision making capacity as it is our free will and free right to decide what is best for us on this planet Earth.

Unfortunately, it's been a struggle to come to know this and that we really are all one and that we can discover that we are all similar in our goals and our desires.

We need to listen to each other more and respect each other's journey more. We can only do this with accessing the infinite intelligence of our hearts. If we can access the infinite intelligence of our hearts, then we can see all sides of an equation, a problem or decision. We can see all reasons for why people do what they do... We can then accept all people with an OPEN ❤️

TRIBUTE TO PETER A. MCCULLOUGH, M.D. M.P.H.

This is a living tribute to my first mentor Dr Peter McCullough. It's hard to express words of my deepest devotion and gratitude to a loving leader who has sacrificed and put his life and career on the line for the well being of others who are suffering with C19 on every level. If it wasn't for Dr McCullough, I would not be here today fighting for the lives of others who have been suffering through c19 illness, c19 long hauler, C-19 shot injured if it

He's one of the most published physicians in this C19 arena. He is also the most published physician in Cardio renal medicine in the world. His Congressional testimonies and his State testimonies have been our country's guides to getting a more full and truthful perspective. He has written a recent book called The Courage to Face C19. From the beginning, he has been a true warrior and one of our Generals in the movement of assuring that patients stay healthy and alive and make it through this horrific time that we have been going through.

Back in November of 2020 I had two very sick patients with C19 and as a doctor we needed to treat symptoms of any illness and not let anybody stay home and wait for the inevitable of getting worse with shortness of breath and feeling sicker and sicker.

I as well as other doctors needed help in treating patients quickly. Dr. McCullough was immediately available to answer my call and steward me through two very difficult patients who are living at this time because of his interventions to treat the symptoms of C19. His protocol is comprehensive and has helped hundreds of thousands of lives here in the US and even MORE world wide.

He himself had C19 and used himself as an example of how to get well. I'm honored to say that I am one of the many doctors who has followed in his footsteps to help others. And I too had C19, 6 weeks ago and I'm doing very well with early interventions of symptoms that this virus can bring upon.

ITS ALWAYS ABOUT THE STORY--BELIEVE YOUR PATIENTS!!!

We doctors are living in strange times. We live in the land of protocol that puts pressure on us not to think and put a story together. Many patients are not believed and NOT heard.

Through the dawn of time we share stories and experiences. This is what holds us together as a people, as a culture. The medical story that we doctors hear with our brains and our hearts are like the glue that helps us put the pieces of a puzzle or a picture together.

During C19 times with Long C19 and shot injury we hear stories of all kinds. We are the true medical investigators. We must, I said must , always look for what is unusual or missing in the story of our patients. We must ask: why now, that never occurs and NOT dismiss symptoms as SOMETHING OTHER. We must take the things we hear that are out of place and unexpected as something new and to accommodate for, not to discard. We must not think: Oh, that can't be at all and not consider what is heard. We Doctors must prove what we hear about in complaints as always a possibility to consider.

Like, why is that not occurring? Like: where did those symptoms come from? We need to investigate and believe.

WE SHOULD NEVER DISMISS THE OBVIOUS OR THE UNEXPECTED OR THE UNUSUAL.

Many Long Hauler Patients are dismissed as if they might be malingering. NOT THE CASE! Why would you not believe a previously healthy patient and think that! DOCTORS! DOCTORS! Just because you cannot open up your mind and perhaps admit you do not know? Just because you had C19 or you had a shot and all was hunky dory?? There are a lot of suffering folks out here and all over the world.

Have doctors and the world forgotten that each and every person is unique in this world and they should be believed, respected, loved and listened to?

It's all about the story! It's NOT just about data or Randomized Controlled trials. Research is born from the story of people, maybe only 5 in total. There is nothing but truth in a story if it is honest.

I did this a few years back wanting to challenge myself. Running barefoot 13 miles is no fun, but it built strength in me to push forward. What I didn't know was that there were larger challenges. C0vid-19 obviously has been more of a challenge because everybody has been fighting for their lives. They have been fighting for their family's lives trying to protect them as much as possible.

I honor everybody for the strength that they've endured with this pandemic and how we've all sacrificed ourselves whether we chose to get shots or not get shots. How we all endured not going out of our minds staying home during the Lockdowns. We are all Americans we are All One. We all need to love and protect each other as much as possible.

Getting Ready for Fall/Winter
YES, C0vid 19 is still with us. Some of you may have already had C0vid 19 or have received a shot. These new variants don't care, so lets keep it simple and prepare if you get Covid 19.
Trust your own immune system and support it. Here is how.
What to have at your house: If not allergic: 1. Vitamin D3 5000 IU's per pill 2. Zn 50 mg per pill. 3. Pepcid AC for anti-histaminic function. 4. Fluids and then Fluids-Smart water or Liquid IV. 5 Vitamin C-at least 2000 mg per day.
And, depending on the clinical presentation and the illness's development, you might need antibiotics for a secondary infection and/or steroid intervention for inflammation.
If over 65 years old--consider Monoclonal antibodies.
Tell your Doctor: To be mindful of your symptoms of C0vid 19 need to be treated. Don't Wait!

What's The Story About Steroids??
Way back in the beginning of the Pandemic steroids were thought to be the wrong thing to do. NOW THEY ARE THE TOTAL RIGHT THING TO DO! Thousands of lives could have been saved had we known sooner. Thank God, thousands of lives are NOW being saved.
The Oxford Stoic Trial https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.02.04.21251134v1?fbclid=IwAR1vYQDtboU7XbQaWxL5YVFnJ9oT_GjuJfkCsPM7iFVUBwTNmQNqO0MtmiU proved this in February of 2021. Actually, a heroic doctor of Texas, named Dr. Robert Bartlett was doing this even earlier on and saving hundreds of lives. I, myself, and many doctors followed suit.
Our only wish was that more doctors would have known about this affirmative research and instituted it into their practices.
This could have been done right at the beginning of their C0vid 19 infection. There is research to show that steroids at the right time can slow down the virus's progression of disease and at the same time reduce inflammation as well.
