Martial Arts is one of the best methods of fitness and overall health. It’s a full body workout that incorporates all the key attributes to a healthy physical body such as strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, agility, mobility and power.
The practice also provides incredible mental and emotional health benefits as well such as focus, discipline, confidence, self esteem, observation skills, awareness, and will and determination.
Martial Arts are ancient therefore making these practices a part of my Ancient Fitness Methods. It still holds the all around same functions as it has for humans of the last thousands of years all across the globe.

As a Human I’ve learned it’s important to move your body. Like the saying goes, “a body in motion stays in motion.”
But it’s more than that. Learning how to move your body in different ways creates different kinds of energy flows.
Martial Arts, strength, mobility, stretching, primal movements, animal locomotives, and even gymnastics these are all great ways to explore movement and are highly effective at improving capability and capacity in the longevity of our bodies.
By exploring different and interesting ways to move your body, fitness can become fun and hold more intrinsic motivation than just looking good and to actually feel good and confident in your body.
