Thursday ZaZen Meditation sessions resume right after Labor Day, on Thursday, September 12, 2024. We always start at 7.15 PM CST, every Thursday. (Unless otherwise posted here).
Please remember to wear loose fitting clothes. And if you’re following from home, please ensure space for your walking meditation. You don’t need a large area, but enough to walk around your sitting space.
Most importantly, bring an open mind and give yourself a real chance to try something new - without negative predispositions. And please, let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
Time to breathe and bring some mindfulness to your days.
