In August of 2005, Trinity Pub opened its doors. Within these past 18 years, we have gone through so much together as a community. Within these four walls, strangers became friends, and friends became family. We’ve had some of the best times, and have helped each other through some of the worst. Trinity Pub was not the first business adventure I ever set on, but it was the closest to my heart.
I wanted to create a place where people could come to enjoy life or escape life, without judgment or fear. It is with my whole heart that I tell you all that the feeling of love was incredibly mutual. I raised 4 kids within these 18 years. I’ve lost parents, I’ve lost friends - but my Trinity Pub family was always there for me to lean on. Who could have ever imagined the incredible love, and sense of belonging a small lot on Northwest Highway could bring? People met at Trinity and got married, people met at Trinity and started their own families, people grew old, some people grew up, some moved away, and some moved and came back. Thank you for letting us be with you through it all. Thank you for your support and for letting us be your support at times. We are consistently proud of what we, as a community, have achieved. We take pride in the lives we were so grateful to have been a part of. As my kids would quote me, I’ve invested a lot of time, money, and love into this place. We’ve survived all set-backs, hell - we made it through a Global Pandemic.
And now, with a heavy heart, I share with all of you that on Monday, March 6, 2023, Trinity Pub will officially close its doors, and the new venture, Brass Barrel Tavern, will open theirs.
This has not been an easy decision, I will miss this bar every day for the rest of my life, but, I am forever grateful for the memories I made here. The truth is, this bar is nothing without all of you. You’ve all imprinted on my life and the legacy of Trinity Pub. Thank your neighbors for being there for you, thank your parents, and your children - thank the ones you love. Goodbyes are incredibly hard, but it would be much harder without all of you. The excellence of these past 18 years is not lost on me. With peace and love, this is a final Goodbye!
Please join us this Friday, March 3, 2023 at 8pm for the Trinity Pub’s Last Call - Farewell Party to say Goodbye!
