Q: What’s the best part about working in digital marketing?
A: The best part about working in digital marketing is the ability to innovate and be creative. SEO is constantly evolving, and we get to test out new ideas to see what works. Instead of following the same old routine, we’re always discovering new strategies to solve the mysteries of the Google algorithm. And when we finally figure out what works and see our efforts pay off, it’s incredibly rewarding not just for clients but for the team.
Q: What motivates you?
A: What really gets me going is finding a solution to a problem, whether it’s for internal initiatives, helping out a coworker, or tackling a client’s challenge. There’s nothing quite like that “aha” moment when a plan comes together. I guess you could say I’m driven by the thrill of the chase, except the chase involves a lot of coffee.
Q: What’s the number one thing on your bucket list?
A: Okay, maybe it’s not the absolute number one thing, but a bucket list item for me would be to see Daft Punk perform live. Yes, I know they’ve broken up, and the odds of this happening are about as likely as the White Sox winning a World Series in the next 5 years. But hey, it wouldn’t be the first time a music group got back together for one last hurrah. A man can dream, right

Adam, our SEO Analyst, is celebrating 10 years (yes, TEN!) with BFO this month! In honor of his anniversary, we sat down to chat digital marketing (and some other fun things).
Q: What's the best part about working in digital marketing?
A: The best thing about working in digital marketing for me is when my clients succeed through a collaborative strategy. Specifically, I love molding a client's brand and goals into engaging, marketable content to help them exceed their goals.
Q: What motivates you?
A: People motivate me. Professionally, my co-workers are some of the best people a guy could ask for. We have managed to assemble an awesome collection of Beefers at BFO in my time here. I also I love it when a client is excited about SEO and content and brings good ideas but also is willing to let me run free. Knowing we've been able to deliver on our goals is very rewarding. Personally, my family is my motivation. Motivation to be a good (or even great) partner and father, and brother, and son, and son-in-law, cousin ( I could go on...). So, while the answer is still "people" it's just a different group of people who motivate me.
Q: What's the number one thing on your bucket list?
A: My wife and I were married during the pandemic and had planned an extravagant honeymoon to Australia and New Zealand. We never made it and the travel funds were mostly distributed elsewhere, BUT we are still saving up and plan to take our son (almost 1 yo) with us whenever we make it!
