Greatly honored to finally have the opportunity to speak on graffiti as an art form during an art history art-talk. .h.e._gallery Founder and Director is a museum educator and was asked to speak about my favorite art form at the museum, I told them that my favorite art-form was not found at the museum. 😎

Thank you to The Nineteenth Century Association for opening up doors to the most prominent art-form of all time, 🙌🏽❤️🙌🏽

Experience the Nineteenth: Monday Enrichment Program invites Art Institute of Chicago museum educator, Dulce Maria Diaz to speak on Graffiti Art.

Dulce Maria Diaz will take us on a journey through Chicago style-writing graffiti art history, introducing us to the pioneers of the movement. She will explain why this art form has served as a healing tool in ways that no other form has been able.

This program will be presented in our beautiful 2nd floor ballroom at 178 Forest Ave. in Oak Park. Our programs are free and open to the public; a voluntary suggested donation of $15 at the door for non-members is appreciated. Our 3 course Lunch by Executive Chef Woody is served at noon (doors open at 11:30am); $25 for members and $30 for non-members. This program may also be viewed live on Zoom, and a recording will be available from our website one week later.
