When your mind tells you to give up, remind yourself of why you started. Remember that every drop of sweat, every rep, and every moment of pushing through the pain is a step towards your goals.

Izzy over the last few weeks has worked so hard in every class, always motivating others, & she was the FIRST to finish our 1776 Challenge!! She finished all 1,776 pushups just NINE days into the challenge. Tonight Izzy led an incredible class & we are so proud! 🙌🏽🩵

Our 1776 Challenge has been a huge success so far!❤️🤍💙
This July, our incredible members have taken on the 1776 Challenge, aiming to complete 1,776 pushups each throughout the month. Their dedication and resilience are truly inspiring, and the results speak for themselves!👏🏽❤️
We are thrilled to share that our gym’s current total stands at an astounding 11,637 pushups.
This challenge is more than just a test of strength; it’s about raising awareness for The Wounded Warriors Project, a cause that holds a special place in our hearts. We are so grateful to come together as a community to support those who have given so much for us❤️🙌🏽
