🥛Sterling is getting in his two top teeth & his naps have been a little off because of teething.
It’s rare that I need to pump, he nurses often enough that I don’t need to, even throughout the night still he nurses since we co-sleep.
We had a busier day today & he was still napping when I left to bring Daisy to dance so I grabbed the trusty Medela Harmony & pumped in my car during dance.
This (or less!) is the typical amount of milk I get on the random occasions that I do pump, I’m a “just enough” supplier & that is totally normal!
It can be really hard consuming pumping content on the internet because we very often see “over suppliers”, which can make us feel like we aren’t doing something right, when in reality everyone’s bodies & babies are totally different.

For the family➡️ join us and the Green River Doula Network at Groff Park in Amherst, MA on Sunday June 30th at 11-2 for a free collaborative outdoor event for families and their children 0-2 (older siblings are welcome to attend). Parents and their little ones will participate in an hour of mindfulness, yoga, a nature walk, and language development and sensory activities and then transition to a community resource fair. There will be vendors at tables sharing about resources for postpartum families, mothers, caregivers and those with little ones, hosted by Green River Doula Network.
