On August 19th, 2023, Lids Live Well will be hosting their 2nd Annual Lids Live Well-NESS FEST at Szot Park in Chicopee. This event will be open to residents of Chicopee and surrounding communities. The day will consist of interactive mental & physical fitness presentations, with special guest presenters, demos, interactive workouts to choose from, vendor stations, resources, raffles, food trucks and giveaways with music all day. Including a 5k run/walk as well in collaboration with Follow my Steps and Fleet Feet.
