Applewood Cold smoked Pepperjack. Hello everyone and Merry Christmas. It’s the season for holiday parties and I’ve got some goods to wow your guests. For Cheeses I have Pepperjack , Sharp and Medium Cheddars, as well as Gouda which pairs well with a good Cab.Sauvignon! Also I have my cold smoked kobasica ‘a’ plenty.
