Soooo I haven’t baked or decorated a cake since Quinn was a baby (approx 9 years ago). Made my own birthday cake!! We’ll see if this makes me continue! Happy soon birthday to me!!

Practicing my “plating.” 🤪 My next batch of hot cocoa 💣 will be a little better now that I have better gloves!! The ones I were using were still melting the chocolate when I held them! Can’t wait to use my new gloves!

Getting better... I need better gloves that aren’t going to melt my chocolate!

Oh.. hi!! It’s been awhile..*May 2015*..

Being a mom has been keeping me busy! I now have two little girls (who are now 4 and 8 ).

I miss making and baking cakes! I’ve always wanted to come back! I still have all my stuff!

Today, I did have a chance to experiment! Stay tuned!!! I’m so excited to hopefully start back again, even if it’s a slow small start!

It's on! Birthday cake I made for fight night tomorrow for my brother's bday.

Approx. 90+ cupcakes baked and frosted for our school carnival at work tomorrow. And almost done with the design for my brother's cake! Just gotta bake/frost/assemble cake tomorrow!

Hahaha! Liberte Chan of KTLA news JUST talked about flying my cake to Catalina live!

I was already nervous enough delivering a cake by boat, but was totally not expecting to deliver it by plane! Due to the weather, all boats to Catalina were canceled. After jumping though a few hoops, we made it via plane, bus, and golf cart! :) luckily the cake is intact but it did start sinking due to the altitude. :) Happy baker and happy bride!

I have a very simple 3 tier wedding cake to do at the end of April. I'm stoked! It gets to even sail over the Pacific Ocean! I never imagined having to deliver a cake and needing to travel on a boat to do so!

Hi! It's been awhile! I wanted to bake a Hello Kitty christmas cake but only have two eggs! Boo!

Where can I get almond flour?! I went to Albertsons (closest store to us) and they didn't have any!

Wow! I just realized I have over 400 likes! Thank you guys! I am currently not taking cake/pop orders. Only cupcakes. Unless it's a very simple cake. Baby Apes's Cakes has been my priority. ;D
