Join us for “Caring for Yourself While Caring for Others: A Path to Balance for Parents of Children with Special Needs.”
This FREE event is open to any parent or caregiver of a child aged 0-21 with physical, developmental, or mental health needs in Wisconsin’s 18 Western counties (including Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, St. Croix, Trempealeau, and Washburn)
Dates: Choose from November 22 or December 6, 2024
Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Includes: Free meal + onsite childcare/respite care
In this workshop, you’ll:
Learn how to prevent compassion fatigue
Discover simple self-care practices
Create a personal plan to recharge and stay resilient
