Join us for “Caring for Yourself While Caring for Others: A Path to Balance for Parents of Children with Special Needs.”

This FREE event is open to any parent or caregiver of a child aged 0-21 with physical, developmental, or mental health needs in Wisconsin’s 18 Western counties (including Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, St. Croix, Trempealeau, and Washburn)

Dates: Choose from November 22 or December 6, 2024
Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: The Pablo Center, 128 Graham Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54701
Includes: Free meal + onsite childcare/respite care

In this workshop, you’ll:
Learn how to prevent compassion fatigue
Discover simple self-care practices
Create a personal plan to recharge and stay resilient

CRC West Children's Resource Center - West is 1 of 5 Resource Centers in WI devoted to supporting families with children and youth with special health care needs. They offer free and private services and can help you connect to community resources and get answers.

If you have a 2-4 year old and are curious about their development, this is a great opportunity to test their speech, language and hearing.

FREE Speech, Language, and Hearing Screeners for children ages 2-4 years of age!

River Source Family Center is partnering with UW-Eau Claire Grad students in the Communication Department. These students would love to provide free screeners for your little ones (2-4 years of age)!

Wednesday, October 23rd, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
