Today marks the commencement of what has been a 2 year journey for us… last night we had a very important meeting with our whole team. We’re set for a great start, our sign goes up today and although “it’s just another sign being put up” this is important to us. We’ve gone through so much with the city, landlords, architects and interior designers that seeing this be installed gets us very emotional 😊. We met at because you know I’m all about supporting local…this new brewery is going through their opening process but will be having their grand opening hopefully in the nexts weeks coming up. Our ALL STAR team meeting consists of our contractors, the supporting significant others and our amazing Chef that I decided to cover 🤣 because this isn’t the proper way to introduce him…He needs he’s own post and Bio 🥰. Hope to see you all at 3pm when our sign will be put up and pose for a memorable picture.

The two of us anxiously and patiently waiting to start the next step and commensment to our grand opening. Just wanted to remind everyone our sign will be going up tomorrow at 3pm…we hope if you’re free you can join us and we get to meet you…we can also chat about why it took so long to get to this point…we’re so excited things are finally going to start moving forward. We can’t wait to open doors and cater to you all. FYI we will take a group picture with everyone that joins us that will go up on our milestone wall in the restaurant 🥰

Passing by to give you guys an update… The city of Chula Vista denied our original sign😭. We are pretty sad because we loved the rustic look of it, but this is our 2nd choice that we came up with and will be submitting. Hopefully they approve this one. Let’s hope for the best🥰 Also we change the description of our kitchen to “Wine & Fire Kitchen” as it’s a better fit to the style of kitchen we’re bringing to the community 😍 Do you guys like the new sign…? Let us know…

COMING SOON!!! Our signage will be up in a few weeks…WooHoo. I say let’s do a meet and greet when the sign is being put up. We would love to get to meet some of our future friends from the community… we can all take a memorabilia picture, i’m kind of sentimental like that🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll bring a delicious Graze Board from to share and hang out 🥰

We honestly chose the right team for our project…from our contractor and architect to our interior designer. She was able to bring a live vision of our many MANY ideas… here’s the “VIBE” and a sneak peek of what you might see once our project is completed. My crazy dream that I was able to portray to my business partner and now her crazy dream as well has really tested our patience and our wallets🤣

Who’s ready!!! I know we definitely are. It’s been a long wait but things are finally going to start moving soon. All good things come to those who patiently wait.
