Carlos Velázquez the President El Cemí Irrigation & Landscape Contractors came from Puerto Rico to personally help load the 1st container of Torp, Hunter and Rainbird products for 2018. It was awesome to see Carlos again.

Here’s a photo of our new office / warehouse. We’d like to thank Kroeger Family Industrial Properties for their incredible hospitality over the years. They have been extraordinary kind, and astonishing professional. We currently occupy 3 suites in their industrial complex, and due to our outstanding business growth, it’s just too small, therefore we’ll be moving to a larger complex in the coming week.
Our new facility is 2 floors with almost 3 times with warehousing capacity, and hopefully this new facility will accommodate our growth in the coming years as our business continues to expand.

We just purchased a 2nd forklift for the warehouse, Caterpillar AC lift made by Jungheinrich AG in Germany. Truly a first class lift, all electric lift w/ fingertip controls. Makes moving freight a bit easier.
