After many years of being in business and taking leadership roles within Veteran's Business organizations, currently the US Veteran Business Alliance (USVBA), BPI Plumbing finally decided to go "through the motions" with the VA's Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) to be officially certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
I had partially hesitated because of stories about other Veteran Owned Businesses taking up to a year to prove they are majority owned and controlled by a Veteran, meanwhile they were rewriting Articles of Incorporation, etc. It took us exactly 12 days.
This is not a hand out, it is a hand up. What this means is that now some federal agencies, primarily the VA, will afford us certain advantages to contract with them for goods or services.
Makes sense, no? Veterans working at the VA to keep it running, both as employees and contractors?
Maybe one day the DOD, literally our "creator," will do the same.

Those toilet seat bidets are the most hygienic way of becoming less reliant on toilet paper. Just remember it's water source is your toilet tank. It does not "play well" (as far as your "business" goes) with those chlorox tablets you drop into your tank to turn your water blue. Especially true if you live in a condo community, not only will you stop up your own mainline but you will also stop up your neighbors and it could result in a sewage flood in the bottom level units.
Things are bad enough. Don't make them worse.
