STORY TIME: I met this family at an open house that I was hosting last month. They had just finished working out 🏋🏽♀️ and saw my open house signs. When they arrived they said, “we saw your signs and wanted to see what house was for sale.” They looked around for a little bit and then we started talking. I discovered that they had recently moved to San Diego from Missouri and also just sold their home in Long Beach. They had started the process but weren’t really looking but they knew they wanted to purchase in San Diego.
