With a Massive 2,400 square feet of spring loaded floor system! it is the largest (privately own) mat space in the South Bay San Diego Area, It is a great place to safely and comfortably train.

Mark your calendars for July 20th at 12 PM and meet us at Montgomery Waller Community Park. We'll be on the lower part of the park by the playground and swings. Bring your favorite dish, a blanket, chairs, and sunscreen for a fantastic day with the Strong Base Jiu Jitsu family!
