Reposting this, because is one of my favorite summer recipes. Is easy and quick to make, plus it has that beach flavor as a plus.
Ingredients:
🔸 3 tbsp of oil
🔸 1 kg large shrimp without shell
🔸 2 garlic cloves, minced
🔸 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
🔸 1 teaspoon salt
🔸 1 teaspoon black pepper
🔸 8 cherry tomatoes
🔸 250 grams red tomatoes chopped into small pieces
🔸 10 capers
🔸 10 pitted black olives
🔸 1/2 cup fish broth

Preparation
1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the garlic for a few minutes.
2. Add tomato (chopped into small pieces), fish broth, red pepper, salt, capers, black olives (sliced), and black pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until the broth is reduced and the mixture thickens.
3. Add the prawns and cherry tomatoes, mix them with the sauce and cook for 3 minutes over high heat. Mix continuously.
4. Serve in a small bowl and enjoy!
