Dear Residents,

It has been brought up to our attention that many residents have not been picking up after their pets at the dog park which has caused us to close down the dog park until further notice. We are sad that we cannot allow our furry friends to roam leash-free in this area any longer.

It is the responsibility of a pet owner to care for and pick up after your pet at all times! We will not be re-opening the dog park at this time.
Please keep all dogs on leash at all times, if any of our staff members see you without a leash we will ask you for your unit number and you will be assessed a $25 fine on your account.

Also, the LAWN/BBQ area in front of the leasing office is NOT a pet zone, please do not walk or take your pets there. This is a NO PET ZONE. Please follow rules and signs of the property.

Its November!! Time to bundle up. Here are some friendly reminders, please be aware cold season is fast approaching, and heating consumption will be used. Please be safe when using the heater and leaving it on for more than 5hrs at a time. We are in close proximity of our neighbor's let's be courteous with our trash, furry friends, and noise. This is a courtesy reminder that there is no smoking allowed on the property or the common areas. Smoking is allowed inside your unit only. Please dispose of your cigarette butts inside your home.

If you are caught smoking outside your unit or in the common area you could be subject to a $25 fine per occurrence, which is also in direct violation of your lease.
