I need all the natural remedies for feeling better bc I'm over feeling like poo.
My voice comes and goes, still a lot of congestion and a cough that tried to take me out at night and barely any energy.

My friend told me to try this for the congestion:
Warm milk
Turmeric
Cinnamon
Butter
Honey
