The Right candidate has to be a team player, computer savvy and preferably experienced in multi-taking in an office setting.

Essential Duties:
1. Coordinate patient flow at check in and check out, ensuring efficient and effective continuity.

2. Performs a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties, such as preparing the treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting during procedures. He or she makes patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair, prepares them for treatment, obtains their dental records, and instructs patients on postoperative and general oral health care

3. Coordinate patient and non-patient inquiries and requests

4. Serve as a patient advocate by utilizing courteous and professional telephone etiquette at all times, by answering the telephone promptly, reflecting a positive tone and speaking distinctly with poise, tact and assurance while assuring patient confidentiality is protected.

5. Scanning of records, insurance cards, demographics into the software in a timely manner, paying close attention to detail.
