We are extremely excited to announce another addition to our Fund II portfolio, Elk Park Center in Elk River, MN. Elk Park Center is 205,009 SF and anchored by a 80,000 SF Cub Foods and the center also features a strong lineup of national and local retailers.

Today, the EGP team spent time volunteering at The Freestore Foodbank. The team assembled 4 pallets of Power Packs that will feed 960 children in Cincinnati over the weekend. The communities in which we reside will always be of importance to us, and we will continue to dedicate time to give back to our community. Thank you to The Freestore Foodbank for having us today!
Today we celebrate our two year anniversary as a company. Thank you to our investors, tenants, and our EGP team for working with us over these past two years. We are grateful to be in the position that we are today, and we look forward to what year three will bring to EGP!

In true holiday spirit, the EGP team spent this morning at Freestore Foodbank packaging 19 pallets of Senior Boxes which will give 760 senior citizens extra food this month. It will always be important for us to invest in our community and we are extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to give back during the holiday season!
