We’re excited to share that Trade31, in collaboration with Stewart Iron Works, SSRG - Structural Systems Repair Group, and Stanton Millworks is nearing the completion of the remarkable renovation of the oldest library on this side of the Mississippi River!

The historic Mercantile Library, rich in knowledge and history, is being preserved and revitalized with care, and we’re honored to have been part of this journey.

We’ve been busy renovating and revamping some of the city’s hottest dining spots including The Davidson, Alara , and Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse, Cincinnati.

In collaboration with our amazing partners at Stanton Millworks , we’ve installed stunning millwork and transformed numerous spaces. The result? Some of the best food experiences in town! Come taste the difference and see the craftsmanship in every corner. Bon appetit!

Trade31, in collaboration with 8k, is nearing completion of work on Lydia’s House, a residential center dedicated to providing safe, stable, and supportive housing for women and children in crisis.

Together, we’ve renovated and expanded the existing building, giving it a fresh exterior siding facelift, comprehensive framing, and windows package. This transformation is all about creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for the incredible women who will call Lydia’s House home.

Cincinnati restaurant opens at bustling Dayton-area development

We’ve had the honor of bringing new life to cherished buildings by restoring historic windows and doors for projects across Cincinnati and even into Illinois. Check out some of our recent work at the Emery Children’s Theatre, Baldwin Building, and Camp Butler National Cemetery. Preserving history, one restoration at a time.

Exciting things are happening in downtown Cincinnati! Trade31 is partnering with the team at HGC Construction for an adaptive reuse project. Our expertise in general trades services is at the forefront of transforming this existing building into multifamily apartments.

Our Trade31 team skillfully transformed an empty unfinished commercial space into a vibrant restaurant and store in downtown Cincinnati.

Daruma offers a variety of Japanese household staples and grab-and-go meals. The sushi bar accommodates only eight individuals at a time, ensuring a personalized and immersive dining experience.

Head out this weekend to try out the newest feature at the Cincinnati Reds Fan Zone at Great American Ballpark, the "Long Ball Game"! Trade31 had the honor of designing and constructing a life-size, baseball-themed pinball game that spans 20 feet and brings back the nostalgia of the game. A hydraulic system incorporated underneath the custom wood structure fires the ball at targets, where fans will aim for singles, doubles, triples, or a home run! All proceeds from the game will benefit the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum presented by Dinsmore.

Celebrating the award-winning work of our team on the iconic Vanderbilt University Kirkland Hall historic window restoration project! We worked with Centric Architecture to find a solution for restoring 240 windows and three custom doors. ABC Ohio Valley Chapter

We're honored to work with Jose as we reconfigure his beloved Salazar space into his newest culinary concept, Safi. We're wrapping up construction soon so Chef Salazar and his staff can get ready for their grand opening in the coming months!

Last week, Tender Mercies celebrated the grand opening of Slater Hall in the West End. We worked on both interior general trades and exterior façade packages, including the installation of Hardie siding and Marvin windows, for this impactful project in the city of Cincinnati.

We're honored to have played a part in this important project in Cincinnati's Business District. Our window package included replacing 263 windows with historic replication Graham Architectural windows.

The University of Cincinnati Basketball Locker Rooms are officially complete! Our skilled craftspeople transformed the existing space by supplying general trade services to elevate the game for the athletes!

Stanton Millworks provided a millwork package for the recovery area, nutrition station, and court, while Stewart Iron Works fabricated the ladders on the sleeping pods.

We're thrilled to announce our congratulations to Joe Wade and Keagan Gulley for the Allied Construction Industries Construction Career Awards!

This past week, Keagan Gulley was recognized as a finalist in the Skilled Trade Awards and Joe Wade received the 2023 Industry Icon Award.

Our skilled tradespeople completed a facade package at Slater Hall, as well as interior trades. This residential living facility caters specifically to homeless individuals with a background of mental health illnesses.

Trade31 installed custom bamboo wall panels created by Stanton Millworks for the Critical Care area of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

These panels provide a visually pleasing and eco-friendly touch to the space, contributing to a calming and healing environment for patients and their families.

Trade31 is taking the University Club to new heights! They're turning the third floor into an event space with a bar and golf simulator.

Trade31 is putting the final touches on the addition at Lord of Life church. This 1,500 SF allows for gathering space for the community and includes intricate crofts.

The collaboration between Trade31 and HGC Construction resulted in the successful construction of classrooms, an art room, a common resources room, and bathrooms at the Seven Hills Schools Doherty campus. It's fantastic to see this project come together!

Trade31 really flexed their construction muscles on the Summit Country Day Muscle Room & Ignite Room project! They transformed the existing room into a fun playground area by installing a new floor, ceiling, paint, and framing.

From framing to finishing touches, we know the details matter in our projects and the University Club is no exception.
