Cut out replaced bottom 2' around basement room then up along window , replaced drywall sanded and painted trimmed out .

New crown with caps , regrouted the joints !

We haven't posted anything in awhile here's a short split rail with pet fence we done awhile back .

Long day but we got it in and knocked it out ✊
