Wrapping up another project!

Taking out a load bearing wall is not for the feint of heart! The entire second floor needs to be properly supported before a single stud is removed. Then there’s the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc. so make sure you hire professionals to take this on!

800 square feet of beautifully refinished hardwood flooring. and we’re just getting started!

Almost - but not quite - done. It’s Friday afternoon and we sure would like for this beautiful kitchen to be finished, but we’re not gonna rush it.
