A beautiful 20’x20’ pool-side deck built by LJ Roofing & Restoration!!!
We had a great time down in Burlington, KY last week building this deck after the customer built an above-ground pool.
On to the next one!!!

LJ Roofing & Restoration was able to restore this beautiful 3-season room after leaks around the 4 trapezoid window panes had caused significant wood rot.
We replaced all the surrounding wood with a composite board, installed 4 new insulated window panes, then we finished off the project with a fresh coat of white paint.

When the owner of this apartment building had LJ Roofing & Restoration inspect their roof, we discovered their leaks were coming from several different issues as a result of their old roof needing to be replaced and their chimney needing several repairs.
We replaced several courses of brick and cleaned the old soot off the chimney making it look good as new!!!
Then, as we began tearing off the old shingles, we discovered the wood decking had completely failed due to the leaks.
Thanks to Huber Lumber Co, we were able to get 55 sheets of OSB delivered to the job site within an hour!!!
We installed the new OSB over the entire building and then installed one of Owens Corning’s designer shingles named Black Sable for a beautiful finished look!!!

After a long and hot day up in West Chester Township, LJ Roofing & Restoration wrapped up this large roof replacement in one day!!!

When this customer had a leak coming from the retractable roof awning, LJ Roofing & Restoration was able to remove the roof awning, correct the issues, and reinstall it. They also had us replace all of the gutters, downspouts, and guards on their house and garage!!!

A long day out in Hillsboro, Ohio to make another satisfied customer for LJ Roofing & Restoration.
After finding significant damage and rot to their plywood roof decking, we were able to get a quick wood delivery from Kibler Lumber and provide a roof replacement that will last!!!
We’ll be back next week to install some bright white gutters and downspouts to accent their “black shadow” shingle color!!!

This customer called LJ Roofing & Restoration after a significant roof leak appeared in their newly remodeled kitchen. Our team came together and was able to get a contract agreed upon, material delivered, and a roofing crew to tear off & replace their roof 3 days later!!!

This weekend, LJ Roofing & Restoration is saying good-bye to this customer as we are putting the finishing touches on their back patio addition, basement bathroom remodel, shed lean-to, and pergola.
