Looks can be deceiving when it comes to this incredible cake. What appears to be an over-the-top dessert is a creation that's light as a cloud with delicate flavors that absolutely delight. This is Avi's Touch of Earl Grey Cake with blueberry compote and salted honey buttercream. Piping perfection for extra points! 😍

Our Smoked Trout Bruschetta comes with an incredible assortment of ingredients and flavors, including house-smoked trout of course, but our Bagna Cauda sauce may just be the star of the show!

Sometimes nothing satisfies like a burger. And our Royale W/ Cheese is the crown jewel of the Queen City! We top an Angus Reserve beef patty with sharp cheddar cheese, bibb lettuce, roasted tomato, shaved red onion, house-made dill pickle and beer mustard aioli. Plus, it's all stacked and served on a Sixteen Bricks bun.

The signs of the start of autumn are all around us! And naturally, our tastebuds are quick to follow. Enter Pendery's Poutine. A large order of our house-cut fries get topped with Urban Stead cheddar cheese curds, house-smoked pulled pork, house-made beer mustard, house-made gravy and a cage free egg.

One of the bands that shaped Michael's taste in music was a jazz fusion band that got their start all the way back in 1967. Their fusion of rock and roll with a full horn section changed the music industry and they're still one of his favorite bands!

This week's pheature cocktail was inspired by one of the best songs by Chicago: "Saturday in the Park."

Bombay gin muddled with clementines, house-made red grape & rosemary simple syrup and Fever Tree tonic water.

We're extremely excited to introduce you to our new Pastry Chef, Avi Shapiro!

Avi is from right here in Wyoming but studied abroad in Rome where she honed her culinary skills. Growing up here, she's been a longtime fan of yours truly and shared that our Short Rib Mac + Cheese is her all time fave. While Avi's creating her masterpieces, you'll find her listening to everything from Bad Bunny to Cage The Elephant. Diverse playlist!

Now, what's that you're drooling over? This week, Avi is delighting us with a Basque Burnt Cheesecake with Miso Caramel Apple topping. Yeah. We can't stop thinking about it!

Shrimp + Grits....with Chorizo? I always wanted it this way!

Our Shrimp + Grits has a few twists and turns that you won't find anywhere else. To start, we use Shagbark Seed & Mill stone ground yellow corn grits, some of the best in the country. Then we add house-made ground chorizo, plump gulf shrimp, tomato & beer sauce.

I always hoped it'd be this way!

Our Jardin is a masterclass in how a few fresh ingredients in the right combination can absolutely shine! We pair an artisan lettuce blend with heirloom grape tomato, cucumber, shaved red onion, caper and crumbled feta...then toss in a bright red wine vinaigrette.

Monday. So much has been written about this singular day that only represents 1/7th of the week. It's manic. People have literally had a "case of the Monday's".

Well, we're about to change all of that. Starting on Monday, September 9th we'll be open for lunch and dinner service from 11am-10pm. Cocktails. Wine. Cold beer. Elevated pub grub. No one thought these things could exist on a Monday...but we're changing the rules!

In 2010, a band pheaturing three girls from Tokyo started performing some of the most unique headbangers you could ever hope to hear!
