We are deeply disappointed by yesterday’s decision rejecting the ACLU’s challenge of HB 68. All people deserve access to health care and opportunities they need to live their best, most authentic lives.

Gender-affirming care saves lives and this ban denies the rights and agency of trans youth across Ohio. We are devastated for the minors and their families that must now consider how they can maintain access to the critical care they need and deserve.

"Bodies in Flux" is an exploration of reproductive rights, bodily autonomy, and the power of communal empathy through art and storytelling. The artist created six fabric vulvas inspired by a series of community discussions and creative writing workshops hosted in Spring 2024. Each one contains objects and stories that center reproductive health and rights.
