All of these classes are evening classes 6 PM to 6:45 PM
Please RSVP below and indicate which day you would like to attend class
All classes are prepaid, only via Venmo, or use your class pass
A few reminders all class passes expire within 30 days
Once you RSVP and sign up for a class, there are no refunds or credits given. If you are unable to attend class, this includes a class pass.

‼️Ladies, please take note of a schedule change that will go into effect December 1.
‼️All Saturday morning classes will start at 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM.
‼️Pilates by Pam will immediately follow this class from 915 to 10 AM.
Also, a reminder if you attend the first class, you only pay five dollars for Pilates . ✅✅

❇️Ladies, a few reminders when signing up for classes.
If you attend 12 or more classes within one month, you receive one free class, if you attend 16 or more classes within a month you receive two free classes.
Drop in rate for any class is $15
If you attend three or more classes within the same week, they are $12 each, $36 total pre-paid in advance
I offer class passes:
6 class pass is $66
10 class pass is $90
If you purchase a six class or 10 class pass, they expire within 30 days.
Please note in order to attend any of my classes you must pre-pay the drop in rate or have a class pass.
Once you RSVP and you cannot attend the class, there are no refunds or credits on your pass or drop in rate.

Monday 6 AM class is a core and stretching class
Wednesday 6 AM is a full body workout class
Friday 6 AM is a full body workout class
Saturdays 9 AM to 9:45 AM is a full body workout class
Saturdays 945 to 10:30 AM Pilates with Pam as a beginner, on the mat, Pilates class. Pilates improves your core muscles, build, lean muscle, works on balance, and stability, with stretching
( if you attend the 9 AM class followed by Pilates on Saturdays, Pilates. It’s just $5 additional charge.)
The evening classes are offered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 6 PM to 6:45 PM
Monday evening class is an upper body workout
Tuesday evening class is circuit training
Wednesday evening class is a low body workout
Thursday evening class is a full body workout

Please note that Barbara and Jess will be on vacation starting Thursday, October 10 through Monday, October 14 - there will be no classes or personal training during this time and the studio will be closed.
Classes will resume on Tuesday, October 15

If you attend the 9 AM class on Saturdays, you may use your class passes for the 9 AM class and the Pilates class, or the Pilates class is just an additional five dollars more .

Ladies ‼️‼️for the month of October, I will be collecting dog food, cat food, blankets, towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, bleach, anything for cats, dog beds, etc.
