Nick Fair has been with the company for over a year, helping in any and every way imaginable. Although he now resides with the Sales and Marketing team, Nick has learned and excelled at every position he has been placed in and always with a smile on his face. Need help with plant work? Nick can do it. Need help in post harvest? Yep, Nick can do it. At the end of the day, Nick is a man of the people and representing our farm and our brand is the absolute perfect fit.

Charity is head of our propagation team and she leads by example every single day. Organization is just one of her many strong suits, carefully coordinating our cloning cycles every three weeks. Charity’s team also leads all plant defoliations site wide, which is a pretty tall task but with her at the helm, they always get accomplished and to perfection as well. She is a vital piece to the success of Wise Guys Farms. Outside of work, Charity loves watching her children play sports, shop and camp. Keep up the good work Char-Bear!

Meet Sabastjan or See-bass as we like to call him around here! He joined the team almost a year ago and has tried his hand in a few different departments here but working with the plants is his favorite. 🌱
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and making music 🎵

goes out to Jim! He’s one of the OG’s here at the farm and does a great job at security and helping keep the main commons area of our facility clean. In his free time he loves camping with his family, fishing, and hunting.

Say hi to Joe! He started with us before Croptober and has fit right in with our team. He manages our genetics room and assists with irrigation. In his time outside of work he is busy with his family and plays the drums for a local rock band
